One team, from first sketch to final sheet.
Building shouldn’t mean managing a string of trades yourself. At Rivco, the whole job runs through one team following a simple process. You’ll know where things stand at every stage and who to call if you have a question.
Start with a conversation. Tell us what you’re planning, where it’s going and roughly what you want to spend. We’ll talk through design, cost and timeframe before you commit to anything. No pressure, just a clear picture of what the job involves. (You can also sketch out a shed in our 3D Shed Builder beforehand.)
Design.
We work with you to design a build that suits your site, your budget and the way you’ll use the space. You’ll sign off on the design and the quote before anything gets made.
Fabricate.
Every component is fabricated to spec before it leaves our yard. That means less cutting and fixing on site, fewer delays and a structure that goes together the way it was designed.
Build.
Our crew builds it on time and on budget, with one point of contact managing the job the whole way through. When we’re finished, we walk you through the completed build and make sure you’re happy before we pack up.
